Rates Card

All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at 17.5%

Overtime Rate Card

A service charge of 10% will be added should the client require The Studio to arrange the hire of any equipment / services from suppliers at approved rates.

Terms and Regulations:

The working week is Monday – Friday. Normal working hours are between 10am and 6pm. Any hire of more than 4 hours between these times constitutes full day rate. Hire of 4 hours or less between these times constitutes half day rate. Studio location hire outside of these times is charged at over-time rates. Weekends are charged at normal rate plus 50%.

Options on studio location hire can be taken at any time in advance of the booking, but confirmation must be made at least 24 hours before. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (48 hours notice for Fashion PR events) will be charged at full rate

Accounts must be settled in full within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

Any losses or damage incurred, during the period of hire or whilst at the premises, are the liability of the client at the discretion of The Studio. Clients are obliged not to leave any of their goods or equipment brought with them, at the premises over night unless prior arrangements have been made with The Studio, in either case The Studio can accept no responsibility for goods or equipment left on the premises over night.
